Copley-Fairlawn Schools Foundation and Copley-Fairlawn Athletic Association are sponsoring a 5K Run for Education and 1 Mile Family Fun Run on Saturday, August 2nd, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.
On Saturday, August 2, 2014 Copley Township will hold their annual one day COPLEY HERITAGE DAY celebration at COPLEY CIRCLE and COPLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL.
You are invited to reserve a booth space to display your merchandise, food or information. The booth rates are as follows: $20.00…….Crafts and Businesses, $25.00…….Food Items NOT for on Site Consumption, $50.00…….Food Vendors for On Site Consumption and NO CHARGE for Non Profit Businesses/Organizations.
Spaces will be reserved on a “first come first serve” basis. As we cannot guarantee the exclusivity of products and may limit similar vendors we recommend returning your form as soon as possible. To reserve your booth space, complete the enclosed form and mail it along with a check or money order payable to COPLEY HERITAGE DAY to the address below. To be included in publicity releases and advertisements, we must receive your application by JULY 1, 2014.
Copley Heritage Day will begin at 12:00 p.m. and end about 8:00 p.m. Vendors and DJ will be at Copley Circle and a kids’ area with inflatables and games at Copley Middle School. This year we will be adding demonstrations and performances throughout the day at the Circle. The parade, organized and run by the Copley Chamber of Commerce will begin at 6:00 p.m. The parade will begin at B & W on Copley Road, go around Copley Circle and end at Copley Middle School. Other events for the day will be a Pancake Breakfast at the Fire Department from 8:00 a.m. to noon (equipment on display), a 5K run and walk in the nearby neighborhoods sponsored by the Copley Athletic Association and Copley Schools Foundation in the morning and a PTA Rummage Sale held at Copley High School.
Copley Heritage Day committee will be passing out approximately 500 free tote bags. Vendors may submit business cards, ½ page or smaller flyers or pamphlets to be inserted into the tote bags. We will need your information about two weeks prior to our event. There is a form enclosed to be filled out and returned with your booth registration if you have an interest in this.
Approximately two weeks before the festivities, you will receive a packet with your booth assignment, times for set up and take down, and booth rules and regulations. NO PETS!!!
